Meet moment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Marta and I met through a mentoring program for young cosmetic brands. We were connected by Mirela Ileni\u0107, who invited me to give a lecture on personal brand photography as part of her mentoring program ‘Mireille’. Soon after that, I had the opportunity to meet all the mentees at the graduation ceremony in Lively Pharm. <\/p>\n\n

I remember having the opportunity to hear how each brand was created and learn about the story of the selected ingredients, as well as the purpose of each product.<\/p>\n\n

That’s how I got to interact with Marta at the event. She told me few things about problematic skin and already at first glance she reflected everything that Borea represents \u2014 self-confidence, passion for nature and a simple, but profound, approach to skin care.<\/p>\n\n

Through the conversation, I found out how Borea was born from her love for nature and experiences that shaped her life, such as pregnancy and working with medicinal plants. Through this work, she created something more than cosmetics \u2014 a skin care ritual that empowers women to accept their true skin, without filters and unrealistic expectations. Inspired by the power of the wind Bura, Borea symbolizes a brave woman who is not afraid to embrace her imperfections. <\/p>\n\n

As a personal branding photographer, I immediately recognized the key moments in conveying these values through photographs. The goal for the photos was to be not only beautiful, but also realistic, reflecting Borea’s message of natural and holistic approach. With her energy and story, Marta brought that personal stamp that makes Borea a brand that stands out. <\/p>\n\n

“Borea is those ten minutes a day when you look at yourself in the mirror and you love what you see.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

That’s why we planned the photo shoot as a story about a Borea woman \u2014 authentic, self-aware and connected to herself. And to make the project even more complete, we spiced things up by creating video content for social media. <\/p>\n\n

The first location was an adorable apartment in Zagreb with lots of natural light. Here we put the emphasis was on personal moments \u2014 Borea rituals that women have at home. As a photographer for a personal brand, my goal was to convey a feeling of closeness and authenticity. Marta posed in front of the mirror in scenes that seemed spontaneous and realistic, as part of her everyday life, which brought us closer to the Borea woman \u2014 a real person with her own story. <\/p>\n\n

Then we moved on to where the magic happens – to the laboratory. This location was key to showcasing the expertise and dedication behind each formula. I focused on the details \u2014 laboratory processes, natural ingredients and Marta’s involvement in every step of product development. Through these photos, we conveyed how Borea combines science and nature, providing the products with a context that sets them apart on the market. <\/p>\n\n

The last part of the shooting was in an urban environment that symbolizes the versatility of the Borea woman. Whether she’s walking around the city, enjoying nature or relaxing at home, she always exudes confidence. The photos reflect the dynamics of modern life, but also the message that natural care has its place in everyday chaos. <\/p>\n\n

The atmosphere on the set was incredibly relaxed and spontaneous, which allowed each frame to be authentic. Marta and I easily found a common language, and through this project I had the opportunity to learn how Borea, in addition to high quality and sustainability, offers a holistic approach to skin care. <\/p>\n\n

Borea is a brand that celebrates women and their natural beauty, turning care routines into small rituals of strength and self-appreciation.<\/p>\n\n

The photos we created not only communicate the values of Borea, but also empower Marta as the owner and face of the brand. We managed to capture exactly what is essential for a personal brand: the connection between the story, the product and the person behind them. <\/p>\n\n
